Card Payments Policy
Payment must be completed before products are dispatched. You will be notified by our payment service provider if your payment has been processed.
We will not accept any liability for your failure to follow their security processes or for any fraudulent transactions occurring. Fraudulent orders cannot be refunded if the order has already been dispatched. Fraudulent activities are out of our control as Fraud Prevention is the responsibility of your bank and of the secure payment portals.

Refund Policy
You can cancel any time up until the day of delivery. Refunds may not always be possible unless the goods are faulty. If orders have been dispatched and then you cancel your delivery fee will not be refunded. If you cannot resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may contact us and we will arbitrate. All approved refunds will take 7-14 working days to process.
Delivery Policy
After you order, we notify nearby drivers and attempt to find a driver who can deliver your items to you. By ordering, you agree that your personal details (including location and phone number) may be used for the purpose of sourcing nearby drivers. Customers agree to check the items which they receive and understand the mistakes cannot be rectified later.
Delivery ETA
Delivery times are estimates and NOT a guaranteed time of arrival. We always ensure to get your products to you as swiftly as possible. In uncommon circumstances, if your delivery is late your delivery fee will not be refunded once your order has arrived. During busy periods please ensure you allow extra time for your delivery. If orders have been dispatched and then you cancel your delivery fee will not be refunded.
Top Priority Delivery (Product)
Top Priority Delivery is only applicable to customers in NE1 | NE2 | NE4 | NE6 | NE8. If you purchase our Top Priority Delivery for postal codes outside of the stated areas, then you will be entitled to a refund upon request. If you purchase our Top Priority Delivery and your order arrives outside of the normal* timeframe, then you will be entitled to a refund upon request. *Normal timeframes are communicated on your email receipt.
